RadioTime, Inc., a developer of technology for finding and listening to radio online, and Triton Digital Media , the leading provider of digital solutions to the radio industry, today announced they have created a digital sales alliance with Triton Digital which will allow advertisers to reach the ever-growing number of listeners using the Internet as a radio tuner.
RadioTime has expanded terrestrial and Internet radio broadcasters’ presence online, and more than 12 million users access the RadioTime Guide on their PCs, laptops, iPhones, Windows Mobile devices and an ever-growing variety of connected devices. Triton Digital Sales will represent inventory created from RadioTime’s broadcaster and webcaster affiliations.
“RadioTime connects new listeners to station content that might otherwise go undiscovered on the Internet crowded with streaming music services and podcast libraries,” says Dan Halyburton, President, RadioTime. “That creates new revenue opportunities for terrestrial broadcasters and internet-only content producers. This partnership with Triton is an important next step in our evolution.”
“We are very excited about our new alliance with RadioTime. As a result of this partnership, marketers will have the opportunity to connect with the millions of people searching for and finding compelling and diverse audio content on the internet,” says Bill Freund, Executive Vice President, Triton Media Group.
