NASCAR Racing: Tums Fast Relief 500

Another race, another win for Jimmie Johnson. With only five races left in the 2009 NASCAR season, the points leader is looking strong in his bid to win a record-setting fourth straight NASCAR championship. Short tracks,  like this week’s paperclip shaped track of Martinsville Speedway, tend to mix things up. But Johnson won the first Martinsville race of 2009 in March. Will Jimmie win again, or will the beating and banging of short track racing tighten up the championship standings?

Find out by following this weekend’s race action with RadioTime’s NASCAR channel.

The Motor Racing Network (MRN) starts off the weekend with coverage of the Nationwide Series’ Kroger On Track for the Cure 250 on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. (ET). That race takes place at Memphis Motorsports Park. On Sunday, the Inside Track pre-race show begins at 12:00 p.m. (ET), followed by live radio coverage of the Tums Fast Relief 500 at 12:45 p.m. (ET).
