RadioTime highlights for the week of November 30, 2009

On Monday, Zane Lowe’s annual “Masterpieces” series begins.  Zane begins this year’s series with a look at Metallica’s self-titled 1991 release.  Zane’s show airs Monday through Thursday on BBC Radio 1 at 2 pM Eastern.  Following Metallica’s “Masterpiece,” Zane will feature The Streets’ “Original Pirate Material,” The Clash’s “London Calling,” and Daft Punk’s “Discovery.”


On Tuesday, Roseanne Cash is Rita Houston’s guest on WFUV’s “Words and Music from Studio A.” The show airs at 9 PM Eastern.roseannecash

On Wednesday, Blind Pilot visits the KEXP studios at 6 PM Eastern.


On Thursday, BBC Radio 6 looks back at classic interviews from Bono and David Bowie on “6 Music Plays It Again.”  The show airs at 7 PM Eastern.

On Friday, Gov’t Mule performs live at Noon Eastern on WXPN.
